Lend Lease US Office Trust Property Acquisition Completed
Lend Lease USOT Management Limited advises that the acquisition of property interests in the United States detailed in the recent Prospectus for the Lend Lease US Office Trust has now been completed.
The US$531.4 million transaction involved the Trust's US subsidiary, Lend Lease US Office, Inc., acquiring interests in seven properties from Equity Office Properties Trust (NYSE: EOP) and establishing joint ventures for the sharing of management of the assets. Funding was achieved from a mix of equity generated from the recent initial public offer of the Trust's units and debt, all in accordance with the Prospectus details.stock exchange
