Financial Close Reached on Fort Campbell Military Housing Project in U.S.
Lend Lease Corporation Limited (“LLC”) today announced that it had completed the agreement with the U.S. Army for the long term development and management of the military housing communities at Fort Campbell in Kentucky.
The partnership between Actus Lend Lease and the U.S. Army will oversee all aspects of the 50 year project, including development, design, construction, financing and property and maintenance management of 4,255 homes and multiple community facilities.
The project has a total value of approximately US$1.6 billion over the 50 years, including an initial development scope of approximately US$190 million.stock exchange
