Sale Of Asset Management & Debt Servicing Businesses In Korea & Japan
Lend Lease Corporation Limited (“Lend Lease”) today announced that it had completed the sale of its asset management and debt servicing businesses in Korea and Japan to Citigroup Financial Products Inc (“Citigroup”). These businesses provide asset management services to third party clients and to the Lend Lease International Distressed Debt Fund SCA (“IDDF”).
Lend Lease will continue its responsibility as investment advisor to IDDF.
Under the terms of the sale, Citigroup will provide ongoing asset management services to IDDF.
