Appointment of New Directors and Chief Financial Officer
Lend Lease Corporation Limited today announced the following changes to the Board with effect from 10 December 2004:

 | the appointment of David Ryan as a Non Executive Director; and |
 | the appointment of Adrian Chamberlain and Ross Taylor as Executive Directors. |
In addition, Roger Burrows has been appointed Chief Financial Officer effective immediately.
