Outcome of Manhattan District Attorney’s Investigation into 130 Liberty Street Fire
Lend Lease Corporation Limited (“Lend Lease”) refers to its announcement on 23 August, 2007.
Lend Lease announced today that the Manhattan District Attorney's office, in the City of New York, has concluded its investigation of the fire at the 130 Liberty Street deconstruction site.
The Manhattan District Attorney's office has reached resolution with Bovis Lend Lease LMB, Inc. and there will be no indictment of the company. The fire which occurred on 18 August, 2007 resulted in the tragic loss of two New York City Firefighters, Robert Beddia and Joseph Graffagnino.stock exchange
